It also contains ammonia oxidation rates, and environmental data; temperature, salinity, PAR, dissolved oxygen, chlorophyll a, and fluorescence. Samples were collected using Niskin bottles mounted on a CTD rosette during R/V Savannah cruises to the Southern Atlantic Bight in 2014.
