The file has 6 columns: 1 – « accepted_id »: unique CPR identifier. 2 – « aphia_id » : identifier from WoRMS. 3 – “name_cpr”: unique name given by the CPR survey. 4 – “name_worms”: name from World Register of Marine Species (WoRMS) using Aphia id. 5 – “DRI or Date of Routine Identification”: Date before which a given taxon was not a target for the CPR taxonomists’ team. Before this date, abundance entries are set to “Not A Number or NaN”. 6 – “counting_method”: Numeric value associating each taxon to a specific group: 1 = large zooplankton (>=2mm), 2 = small zooplankton (< 2mm), 3 = phytoplankton. Note: Only taxa that have been seen at least in 1 sample are in the list. Taxon never found were removed. |
